These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the London Marie Embroidery website. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to London Marie Embroidery.
By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other posted policies.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase from this website. You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website or attempt to transmit malicious code.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, personalization options, and pricing accurately.
Because screens and lighting conditions vary, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed electronically will exactly match the physical product. Embroidered and handmade products may have minor variations in placement, stitching, fabric texture, sizing, and appearance.
These minor variations are part of the production process and are not necessarily defects.
3. Personalization
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including:
- Names and initials
- Spelling and capitalization
- Dates
- Garment styles and sizes
- Thread colors
- Font and design selections
- Breed or artwork selections
- Shipping information
Personalization will generally be produced as entered or selected. London Marie Embroidery is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
We may contact you when clarification is needed. Production may be delayed until we receive the required information.
We reserve the right to adjust embroidery size, placement, spacing, or formatting when reasonably necessary to accommodate the product or design while preserving its overall appearance.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product or material unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Incomplete personalization information
- Technical limitations
- Requests involving content we cannot legally or reasonably reproduce
- Requests that are abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed at checkout when required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
6. Production and Shipping
Most products are made to order and require production time before shipment. Current production estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All purchases from London Marie Embroidery are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, sizing selections, customer-submitted errors, or other reasons described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, size charts, personalization information, and selected options before completing an order.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including photographs, product descriptions, branding, graphics, layouts, and original designs—is owned by or licensed to London Marie Embroidery and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, embroidery file, photograph, design, or other intellectual property.
9. Customer-Submitted Content
When you submit text, images, instructions, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that content for the requested purpose.
You may not submit content that infringes another party’s copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
We may decline any request that we believe could violate applicable law or another party’s rights.
10. Reviews and Communications
When you submit a product review, comment, photograph, or other content to us, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
We may use reviews or customer-submitted photographs for business or promotional purposes only when permitted by the customer or applicable platform settings.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, shipping, applications, or other services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
